Types of Titles

When purchasing Tulsa luxury real estate, you likely consider many factors.  They may include:  location, size, style, which professionals to use, and more.  The type of title you choose is also extremely important.  There are various types of titles for real estate.  One type of title is called, Joint Tenants With Rights of Survivorship.  This type of title is usually found in property that is owned by a husband and wife.  This type of title means that if one person dies, the other one gets title to the property.  When purchasing Tulsa real estate, discuss your title options with your Tulsa Realtor, Tulsa Title Company, and Tulsa Mortgage Banker.  They hold valuable knowledge and insight and can help you select the title that will best serve your needs.
